This information provides the team with a basis for planning community action. Carol has over 25 years of library and research background and is able to provide GG&A clients with compentent information that informs creative community responses and actions. |

Kayleigh R. Galpin, B. Comm.
A graduate of the Bachelor of Communication program at Mount Royal College in Calgary, Kayleigh develops media strategies and consultation plans necessary for public communication prior to and during community consultations. Proactive media relations is a necessary step to negotiating community and corporate relationships. Working in conjunction with our client's public relations teams, we ensure that the corporate communication strategy remains on track, and that the community is drawn in as a partner in the process.
